Product photoshoot in tulum
One of the best ways to get authentic shots for product photography is on location. This particular hair care brand was opening in the South American market so being in Tulum was a great way to get shots that have the real look and feel of a place. The intensity of the sun is challenging at the beach but lots of diffusion and an ND filter really helps.
How do I figure out where to place products? Sometimes I start with color. On the color wheel I chose a triad of yellow, purple and green. I also used the adjacent color of orange.
